First birthday sessions can be booked as standalone studio sessions or as part of a broader birthday party coverage package. A cake smash studio session is 45–60 minutes, includes a birthday-themed setup, and captures the whole messy experience.
We'll send a preparation guide covering what to bring, how to dress baby, and how to set them up for the best possible cake experience — including tips from parents who've done it before.

We cover birthday parties at any location — homes, hired halls, restaurants, outdoor venues, and our Dublin studio. The venue doesn't matter; what matters is that the celebration is happening. We'll come to you.
We recommend booking us for the peak energy period of the party — when guests arrive and are mingling, through to the cake and speeches. For kids' parties this is usually the first 2–3 hours. We'll work with your schedule to make sure we cover the key moments.
