The ages they are today, the way they laugh with each other right now — these change faster than you expect. We capture them as they genuinely are, not a posed performance.
We don't believe in lining everyone up and saying "say cheese." We spend a few minutes warming up, let the kids lead, and photograph the genuine interactions that happen in between — the whispers, the piggybacks, the moments nobody planned.
The result is a set of images that actually looks like your family — not a stock photo version of one. Gopi and Pravalika work together on larger family sessions, making it a relaxed experience for everyone including the youngest members.
We'll go wherever means most to your family — or suggest one of our tried-and-tested Dublin locations.
Phoenix Park, Marlay Park, St Anne's Park — open space, natural light, room for kids to run.
Howth, Portmarnock, Bray — dramatic coastline backdrops that always photograph beautifully.
Where kids are most relaxed and genuinely themselves. Morning light at home produces some of our favourite family images.
Clean, classic portraits in a controlled environment — great for multi-generational families, or when the Irish weather has other ideas.
We'll send you a full wardrobe guide when you book. The short version: coordinate rather than match, choose colours that complement each other (earth tones and neutrals work beautifully), and dress your children in something they're genuinely comfortable wearing.
We recommend scheduling outdoor sessions around golden hour — roughly one hour before sunset. The light is softer, the kids are (usually) fed, and the results are noticeably different. For studios, morning light is our preference.
Many of our clients have Indian grandparents visiting from abroad, Irish extended family joining the frame, or households where two cultures are woven together. We understand how to navigate all of this — culturally, linguistically, and logistically — to make sure everyone feels at ease in front of the camera.

This is genuinely our most common question — and honestly, it's not a problem. Children who are "uncooperative" often produce our favourite images. We don't force poses; we follow the child's lead, give them time to settle, and capture what naturally happens. The parent trying to get a toddler to look at the camera is half the story of that age — and it's beautiful.
Standard sessions include up to 6 people. For larger extended family groups — grandparents, aunts, uncles — we offer extended sessions with a higher headcount. Get in touch and we'll quote based on your group size and vision.
Absolutely — pets are part of the family too. For outdoor sessions, dogs are always welcome. For studio sessions, please mention it when booking so we can prepare the space.
Autumn (September to November) is our busiest season for a reason — the light is extraordinary, the trees add colour, and the conditions are often better than mid-summer. Spring (April–May) is also beautiful. That said, we shoot year-round and embrace Irish weather — overcast days produce incredibly even, soft light that's perfect for portraits.
Yes — we run seasonal mini sessions (typically autumn and Christmas) for quick updated portraits. These are 30-minute slots at a set location and deliver 10–15 images. Sign up to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to be notified when dates open.
Next year they'll look different. The year after, even more so. Book a session now and hold onto this exact moment.
