For events, weddings, and cultural celebrations, 4–8 weeks minimum is recommended. We do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows, so don't hesitate to ask.

We are based in Dublin, Ireland and cover Dublin and surrounding counties as standard. We travel nationwide for weddings, cultural events, and special occasions. Travel costs may apply for locations outside Dublin — get in touch and we'll give you a clear quote upfront.

All images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery. You'll receive full-resolution files with personal print rights — no extra fees to print or download. Galleries remain active for 30 days from delivery. Most portrait sessions are delivered within 7–10 business days. Event and wedding galleries may take 2–3 weeks.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking date. For most sessions, this is a percentage of the total package price. For newborn sessions, the deposit is taken during pregnancy to hold your expected date range. The balance is due on or before the session. Full details are confirmed when you book.

Yes, this is one of our strengths. We regularly photograph Diwali, Holi, naming ceremonies (Nāmakaraṇa), Annaprasana, housewarming puja (Grihapravesham), Mehendi nights and traditional weddings, and we welcome celebrations from every community. Our own background means we understand the significance and timeline of these events and know which moments matter most, so you rarely need to explain anything to us.

Yes. Gopi covers both photography and cinematography. We offer photo-only, photo + short reel, photo + full Cinematic Highlight Film (approx. 4–5 min), and drone coverage packages.
