These apply to every photography session we offer — newborn, maternity, family, couples, birthdays and cake smash, celebrations, cultural events and weddings. They are short, and they help every session go smoothly. Please read them while you wait for our reply.
Please look through our work first
Only book us once you have looked through our work. Our gallery and our Instagram show exactly how we photograph and edit. By sending us an enquiry, you are telling us you have seen our style and you are happy for us to photograph your session that way.
We photograph in our own style
Every session is photographed and edited in our own style. If you have preferences — a pose, a mood, a particular look — please talk to us before the session. Show us an example and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can create.
Please don’t ask us to copy another photographer’s work or compare ours with it. We would rather be the right fit for you than an imitation of someone else.
We never provide RAW files
RAW and unedited files are never provided, so please don’t ask. You are booking our photography and our editing — your finished, edited photographs are what we deliver.
Editing, and how we use AI
Every photograph we deliver is edited by us. We use AI-assisted editing tools wisely, and only where they genuinely help a photograph.
Want more photographs?
Each package includes a set number of edited photographs. Extra edited photographs can be added to any package — just ask, before your session or after your photos are delivered.
Our prices are not negotiable
Our prices are the same for every family. They cover far more than the time we spend with you — the planning, the travel, the session itself and the careful hours of editing afterwards. Keeping one fair price for everyone is how we keep our standard consistent, so we don’t bargain or discount. See our pricing for exactly what each package includes.
Session time
Every package has a set session time, and we plan your session around it. If you would like us to stay longer, please talk to us before the day — extra time is €50 per hour, agreed with you in advance. Weddings are quoted separately.
Optional highlight film
On packages without video you can add a highlight film of about 2–3 minutes (3 minutes maximum, and shorter when the session suits a shorter film). Gopi films it during your booked session time — no extra time is added, so if you would like more time for both photographs and film, add extra time at €50 per hour. The film is edited, colour graded, set to licensed music and delivered with your photographs by online download link.
Raw footage, longer or full-length films, full speeches or ceremony recordings, and extra revision rounds are not included. Wedding films are part of the wedding packages.
Newborn sessions: wraps, outfits & what to wear
We have a small, carefully chosen selection of wraps, outfits and props — not an endless wardrobe — so we create your baby’s images with what we have. You are very welcome to bring your own outfits, wraps or meaningful pieces, and we will happily use them where they work safely for your baby.
For parents, solid neutral tones photograph best — white, cream, grey or sage. Avoid busy patterns and large logos, which pull attention away from your baby. Not sure? Just ask us before the day, or read how to prepare for a newborn session.
No package includes prints. If you would like some, we print A4 photographs on the day at our studio for €15 each. A4 prints are €15 each for every other session too.
