Indian Housewarming Traditions
We have real experience photographing Grihapravesham (the Indian housewarming puja), from the Ganesh puja and the boiling of milk through to the first entry across the threshold. We understand how these rituals flow and which moments must not be missed, so you never have to direct us on the day.
Every housewarming is different, and not everyone follows the same customs. Whatever form your celebration takes, we adapt our coverage to the flow of your day without getting in the way of it.

Common Questions
We typically arrive 20–30 minutes before guests to photograph the space and any food/décor details while everything is at its best. This also gives us time to understand the layout and plan our movements before the room fills up.
Documentary coverage is our default mode — we blend in, observe, and capture. We use natural light where possible and small equipment so we don't dominate the room. Most guests don't notice us after the first few minutes.
Absolutely — this is exactly the kind of multi-part event we're set up for. We'll plan arrival and coverage timing around the ceremony schedule you provide. Just share the rough order of events when you book and we'll build a coverage plan around it.
Our Gold package covers up to 5 hours — the most comprehensive option for full-day celebrations. If you need coverage beyond your package duration, please enquire when booking and we'll confirm the rate upfront.
